From the time you schedule your home inspection we will ensure a very smooth process. Tim will schedule the inspection with the listing agent. E-mails will be sent for reminders of the inspections to all connected with the transaction. Questions can be answered during the inspection. After the inspection an electronic report will be sent within 24 hours. Sometimes the same day. Tim will be available for any questions after you have had a chance to read the report.
